Substance. Integrity. Perspective.
Three brands. Two foundations.
One shared long-term vision.

As a partner and source of inspiration, the Sedus Stoll Group helps organisations create working environments that serve people and support organisational development. Our
foundations

The Sedus Stoll Group has a distinctive ownership structure, with the Stoll VITA Foundation and the Karl Bröcker Foundation as its principal shareholders. This gives the Group and its three core brands – Sedus, Klöber and S³ Advice – a clear values-based direction. It brings together design ambition, corporate integrity and long-term thinking. The foundations strengthen the Group’s independence and provide a framework for business development that combines commercial success with social responsibility.

Stoll VITA Foundation

The Stoll VITA Foundation funds scientific research and projects, particularly in the fields of medicine and nutritional sciences, animal and plant breeding, and environmental and nature conservation.

Karl Bröcker Foundation

‘A future for children’ is the guiding principle of the Karl Bröcker Foundation. The foundation supports children and young people whose access to safety, healthcare, education and an independent life is restricted. It aims to improve their living conditions and future prospects.
