The Sedus Stoll Group has launched its new corporate website. With a modern design, intuitive navigation and a clearer focus on the Group as a whole, the new platform brings together its three brands, their shared values and the Group’s distinctive ownership structure.

At the heart of the new website is the Sedus Stoll Group and its three brands: Sedus, Klöber and S³ Advice. Sedus develops holistic solutions for future-oriented working environments. Klöber stands for high-quality seating, ergonomic expertise and distinctive design. S³ Advice supports organisations through workplace consultancy, change management and digital solutions, helping them shape and develop their working environments. Circular product and service offerings are primarily delivered through Sedus and Klöber, while S³ Advice incorporates these approaches into its broader workplace consultancy.

“The new website is far more than just a new online presence. It gives the Sedus Stoll Group a distinct identity and shows what defines us as a Group: strong brands, shared values and a long-term perspective,” says Daniel Kittner, Speaker of the Management Board of the Sedus Stoll Group. “By clearly defining the roles of Sedus, Klöber and S³ Advice and showing how they complement one another – we are creating a clearer profile for customers, partners and the wider public.”

New website brings Group structure and values into focus

A defining feature of the Sedus Stoll Group is its unique ownership structure. The majority shareholding is held by the Stoll VITA Foundation and the Karl Bröcker Foundation. Both foundations help shape the Group’s long-term direction and support an approach to corporate governance that combines economic stability with social responsibility.

“For decades, the Stoll VITA Foundation and the Karl Bröcker Foundation have been the majority shareholders of the Sedus Stoll Group. This ownership structure gives us the freedom to make decisions with future generations in mind. The resulting long-term perspective is an important part of our identity and provides the foundation for value-driven corporate governance,” explains Kittner.

These principles are also reflected in the Group’s joint sustainability strategy. One element of this strategy is S:ircle. Available in Germany since July 2026, the model expands the Group’s offering to include product take-back, refurbishment, reuse and rental services. These services are primarily delivered through Sedus and Klöber, while S³ Advice incorporates circular approaches into its workplace consultancy.

S:ircle is based on the four Rs – Return, Rent, Refurb and Reuse – as well as the four Cs – Care, Connect, Configure and Contribute. It includes the take-back, refurbishment and reuse of furniture, alongside services designed to support products throughout their use. The aim is to extend product lifespans and keep furniture in use for longer. Companies, specialist retail partners and designers can integrate individual S:ircle components into projects and working environments according to their requirements.

The new website provides a central platform for the Sedus Stoll Group to communicate its strategic direction, activities and ongoing developments. Further information is available at Sedus Stoll Group
