Who we are, what we do

Meaningful impact emerges when conviction, awareness and the ambition to shape change come together. It is evident not only in results, but also in the ability to inspire people, provide direction and enable progress. This is the basis of the Sedus Stoll Group’s ambition to create working environments that offer value to people and organisations beyond their functional purpose.

Vision

We create working environments in which people can fulfil their potential and organisations can develop successfully. Our aim is to shape future-ready spaces that bring together work, interaction and wellbeing – conceived holistically, designed responsibly and tailored to tomorrow’s needs.

Mission

We combine the expertise of Sedus, Klöber and S³ Advice to deliver integrated workplace solutions. From analysis and consultancy to ergonomics, design and implementation, we help organisations create effective working environments tailored to their needs.

Values

Responsibility, humanity and a forward-looking mindset shape our actions. We put people at the centre and design working environments that support health, wellbeing, collaboration and personal development. We see change as an opportunity: we identify developments early, listen carefully and turn emerging requirements into solutions of lasting value. Quality, design and the responsible use of resources are closely connected.

Our distinctive ownership structure, with the Stoll VITA Foundation and the Karl Bröcker Foundation, provides a clear set of guiding values. It enables long-term thinking and links business success with social benefit. Responsibility towards people, society, the environment and the economy is therefore a fundamental principle of our business.

Ownership Structure

The Sedus Stoll Group’s distinctive ownership structure, with the Stoll VITA Foundation and the Karl Bröcker Foundation as principal shareholders, gives the Group and its three brands – Sedus, Klöber and S³ Advice – a long-term perspective. Foundation ownership strengthens independence and stability and links business success with social responsibility.

Production sites

At Sedus’ production sites in Dogern and Geseke, and at Klöber’s site in Owingen, the Sedus Stoll Group combines longstanding expertise with modern manufacturing, quality and precision. These sites produce durable products for future-ready working environments, with high standards of design and responsible business practices.
